Domestic quotes for this class of transformer currently run 2.5 to 4 years. We supply new-manufacture units built to IEEE C57.12.00 and C57.12.10, routine tested per IEEE C57.12.90 on every unit, with factory acceptance testing witnessed by an independent third-party inspection agency.
The lead-time problem
On most US grid and data-centre builds it is the transformer, not the construction, that sets the energisation date. Some utilities are ordering three years ahead of need simply to hold a slot in the queue.
We supply new-manufacture, IEEE C57-compliant units in approximately eight months, with the test documentation and loss guarantees a standard total-ownership-cost evaluation requires.
Domestic range as currently quoted in the market. Our figure is measured from order release, and we quote a dated schedule rather than a hopeful one.

Guaranteed no-load and load loss figures backed by liquidated damages, so they enter a loss-evaluated bid formula as firm numbers rather than estimates.
Our units are imported and do not qualify as domestic end products. We say so up front so domestic-content requirements surface before anyone spends time on a bid.
Witness testing
Factory acceptance testing is witnessed by an independent third-party inspection agency as standard, not as a chargeable extra. Beyond that, you or an inspector you appoint are welcome to attend, and we will schedule the test to accommodate it.
For a first order from a new supplier this is usually the single most useful assurance available to a utility engineer, so we offer it without being asked.

Transformers supplied by AxionOrbital Space Inc are of foreign manufacture. They are not compliant with Buy America, Build America Buy America, RUS domestic-content rules, or comparable state-level domestic sourcing requirements.
If your project carries any domestic-content condition, tell us at enquiry stage. We would rather decline early than waste your evaluation time, and we will not submit into a solicitation we cannot lawfully satisfy. Saying this openly costs us only the projects we could never legally win.
