Please register us under the legal entity name, not the trade name. Vendor onboarding systems match the registration against the W-9, and a name mismatch is one of the most common reasons a supplier record stalls in review.

Prequalification
We are a supplier, not a site contractor
AxionOrbital Space Inc supplies manufactured equipment. We do not perform site work, construction, installation or commissioning. Off-loading, setting, oil processing, terminations and commissioning are outside our scope unless separately agreed.
We raise this up front because several portals route new suppliers down a subcontractor track that requires safety statistics a materials supplier structurally cannot produce. If your system has a "materials supplier" or "equipment vendor" classification, that is the correct one for us. If it does not, the list opposite is generally what your prequalification reviewer needs in order to waive those fields.

- Experience Modification Rate (EMR) — we carry no construction payroll exposure
- OSHA 300 logs and recordable-incident statistics
- Trade or contractor licences
- Performance and payment bonding of construction work
- Site-specific safety programmes and job hazard analyses
Certifications
Diverse-business classifications
We hold no small-business, minority-owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned, SDVOB, HUBZone or disadvantaged-business certifications.
Where a portal asks, those fields should be left blank or answered "no". We would rather be scored accordingly than claim a status we do not hold.

Payment instructions and fraud prevention
We never publish bank, ACH or wire details on this website, and we will never send you updated payment instructions by email alone.
If you receive any message appearing to come from us that changes remittance details, treat it as fraudulent until you have confirmed it by telephone with +1 415-212-3061 using the number as published on this page. Payment-diversion fraud against utility accounts payable is common, and this is the cheapest control available to both of us.
